The Russian Railway Museum Will Host Initiation to the Working Class Event for Future Railway Workers

Annually since 2005 the Museum of October railway had been hosted an Initiation to the Working Class event for first-year students of St. Petersburg railway technical schools dedicated to the Day of Knowledge.

Since 2017 the tradition rightfully passed to the Russian Railway Museum. School assembly for students of the Electromechanical school named after A. Sukhanov was performed on September 1, 2017.

This year the event will be performed on September 2. There will be greetings for students from October railway management, JSC RZD structural divisions, Veterans Council and welcoming words from the director of the Russian Railway Museum.

After the solemn assembly students will have an opportunity to attend a guided tour over exhibition. Also they will watch a movie about the railways and participate in a “Do You Know Your Future Profession?” quiz.
